What is Lifecycle Marketing?

It's a framework that businesses can use to organize and analyze the experience our customers are having, and then prioritize the improvements we need to make to produce calm, organized, and predictable growth.

It's this: The framework is a compass, not a roadmap.

It will show you the direction you're headed, and then it's up to you to decide if that's where you want to go.
